A city known as Kampala located in the central part of Uganda was to surprisingly become a powerful and progressive city as it witnessed the birth of powerful men that were to become radical for the heavenly kingdom and through worship this was bound to occur. Out of this Ssentamu Steve Mavenz was to manifest on the scene of the Ugandan affairs and later the "Christ Event" which has no end.

Emphatically born in Kampala, more elaborately Rubaga Division, Ssentamu began his journey of life, which has progressively and constructively been a blessing to many. Ssentamu's home village is known as Masaka where he goes occasionally to execute his clan and family issues. Importantly however, his biggest part of life is in Kampala where he executes his kingdom duties of worship.

Miraculously Ssentamu accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and savior in senior one 1994. At this time he was in Lubiri Secondary school Mengo. Whereas life of the world has ups and downs, to a Christian things follow proportionately the same trend. However with Christ Jesus we become always victorious. Out of ups and downs he was appointed to become the secretary Lubiri secondary school Scripture Union, In May senior 5 to senior six He became the Chairman Scripture Union. Meanwhile he was already leading the YWWT as well as being the vice chair person youth ministry at his home Church Namirembe Christian Fellowship.

Currently By Gods grace we thank God that recently he has been appointed as one of the Pastors at Namirembe Christian Fellowship. To God be the glory. He looks forward to glorifying the name of the Lord in all nations through worship.
